Elaine Collins Therapy

Integrative psychotherapy for healing, growth and change

Hello. I’m Elaine, and I offer you a unique approach to wellbeing, grounded in psychotherapy and neuroscience, and enriched by practices of mindfulness, yoga and other mind-body traditions.

My approach is humanistic and person-centred at root. This means I establish a relationship of safety and trust through non-judgement and empathic listening. My work is also integrative in the sense that it may combine talking therapy with body-based techniques to support healing on every level: mental, emotional, social, physical and spiritual. Rooted in gentle curiosity and deep respect for your story, I create a space to change old patterns of behaviours, thoughts, feelings, and relationships, to make new choices in your life.

This isn’t about ‘fixing’ you. It is about witnessing your experiences, honouring your resilience, and rediscovering what it means to feel at home in yourself - mind and body aligned.

Together, we’ll create a space where you can:

Breathe freely without judgement.

Unravel old patternswith compassion, not criticism.

Reconnectwith parts of yourself that feel lost or unheard.
